What you will find here.

A consultancy blog serves one purpose: giving an IT director what they need to settle a question they are already carrying. So Zest of Mind starts from the field, not from industry watch. Three rules hold the line.

01
One question per article

With the answer in the opening lines. The rest develops it.

02
Qualified figures

An observed duration, a scope, a date. Never a percentage without its context.

03
The downsides owned up to

A delay, a feature left unmigrated, a budget overrun are told too. That is what makes the rest credible.

We start with the questions, not with the answers.

Each article points to the service page that carries the subject. The reverse holds too: our service pages cite the articles that go into more depth.

Who writes.

Our consultants, with their name and their role at the top of the article: ITSM consultants, Atlassian consultants, change management, consulting management. They write about the engagements they run. That double role of consultant and trainer also holds for our catalogue of training courses.

A category of its own, the Yuzu Articles, gives our people the floor on their work and their convictions, with more freedom of tone.

Who publishes: BleuLemon, a French consultancy (Paris, Lyon), Atlassian Solution Partner since 2008, Platinum today. Retention of our clients: 83% over 3 years. Headcount: 30+ staff.

Our articles published before the redesign are all here, and their old addresses lead to them.

What is Zest of Mind?

Zest of Mind is the blog of BleuLemon, an IT transformation consultancy in Paris and Lyon. It covers six subjects for IT departments: ITSM, FinOps, Atlassian, artificial intelligence, change management and CSR. Its tagline, “Zest of Mind, the IT blog of fresh ideas”, says what register it works in: short reference points, drawn from real engagements.

Who writes the Zest of Mind articles?

Our consultants. Every article carries the name of its author and their role: ITSM consultants, Atlassian consultants, change management, or consulting management. They write about what they run at our clients. That double role of consultant and trainer also holds for our Atlassian and ITIL training courses.

How often are new articles published?

Between one and three articles a month. That pace holds over time, without filler. A subject joins the calendar when a consultant has something verifiable to say about it: an observed figure, a traceable decision, a method tested on an engagement.

What subjects does Zest of Mind not cover?

Three families stay outside: reprinting vendor press releases, paraphrasing product documentation, and trends with no field behind them. We also own up to the downsides of our engagements, delays and unmigrated features included, rather than telling a story of unbroken success.
